Spencer Scholars named for 2019 - Business Insurance The Spencer Educational Foundation Inc. on Friday named 77 full-time undergraduate, graduate, predissertation Ph.D. and doctoral candidate students as its 2019 Spencer Scholars.

Thank you so much for expressing interest in Gamma Iota Sigma! We are hosting a second information session on Thursday, October 25th at 4:30 pm in Founder's Hall room 528. All are welcome, and we are so excited for you to make this commitment! We will be going over the various scholarship, internship and career opportunities that Professor Vesneski obtained information on following GIS's Annual Conference in Chicago last weekend.

Gamma Iota Sigma is an international professional fraternity organized to promote, encourage and sustain student interest in insurance, risk management and actuarial science as professions. The only requirement is that you are interested in learning about risk and the insurance industry - that's it! Not only will GIS look good on your resumes, but we have many connections to help you further your career. This professional fraternity will certainly give you the ability to network with insurance professionals and this could also possibly result in an internship or a career in the future! Compared to other fraternities and societies, this truly is a small investment towards a bright future.
