It's the beginning of May, so you know what that means: Farmers Market season is in full swing, and we have NEW Ravioli of the Month! This May, we're bringing back the Roasted Beet & Goat Cheese Ravioli, a favorite from last year, and a brand new Smoked Salmon Ravioli! And both go great with the Green Garlic & Walnut Pesto!

This month we’re doing two Ravioli of the Month… and one slightly late announcement. 😅

This month we’re featuring:
🫛 Sweet Pea & Lemon Ravioli
🐑 Harissa-Spiced Lamb & Feta Ravioli
🌿 Both paired with our bright, herby mint pesto.

Plenty of time left in the month to come try them. 🍝

You know it’s February when there’s Grilled Cheese T-Ravs in the shop! A fan favorite, back for another year….perfect to dip in our Roasted Tomato Soup.

We’re gonna be closed today because silence is never neutral. ICE operates through intimidation and fear, empowered by the “absolute immunity” that it’s been granted. Heavily armed masked men in our streets don’t make our communities safer. We’re showing up for immigrants and pushing for policies rooted in dignity, not cruelty.

We’ll get back to the ravioli tomorrow!

Closed for the snow day today! We’re gonna do a little shoveling and make a few snowballs, and we’ll see you on Tuesday! Stay warm!

Welp, I got a little sick while I was on vacation, and I’m gonna need a few more days to recoup before getting back to the ravioli factory. We’ll be reopening the shop on 1/2. See ya in 2026!
