In an effort to provide support in these challenging and stressful times we are offering our clients and candidates a lunchtime Live Gentle Yoga and Meditation session. The first session is Friday, April 3rd at 12:00pm EST. The class was designed so that anyone can participate. It begins with short breathing for relaxation, gentle yoga exercises for moving our bodies, and ends with a relaxing meditation and with leading Philadelphia Yoga Teacher Ammie Ferguson. Our teacher Ammie Ferguson has been teaching yoga on the east coast since 2011. Since 1999 she trained and studied macrobiotic and raw nutrition and many styles of yoga including Traditional Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa, Yin, Bikram, Prenatal and Yoga Nidra. Ammie also has a deep understanding of anatomy through Meridian Science and is Meridian Yoga Therapist.
