Catherine is the Owner and Manager of Old City Galley, a surplus restaurant supply store dedicated to supporting Parkinson’s treatment and awareness.

A former stenographer and elementary school teacher, Catherine discovered her true niche almost a decade after receiving a diagnosis of Parkinson’s Disease. As the wife of Danny Dumoff, successor to Philadelphia’s largest restaurant distributor, Catherine saw that a lot of unsold restaurant supplies were being wasted; instead of throwing them away, Catherine used them for a cause that’s close to her heart.
