How Faith Communities Can Support Immigrants
October 12, 2025, 3-5 pm

Led by Philadelphia Yearly Meeting and New Sanctuary Movement (NSM) of Philadelphia.

NSM will share updates on what's happening on the ground and how faith communities can stand in solidarity with immigrant communities right now--through Accompaniment, ICE Watch, campaigns, and direct actions. You'll learn how to prepare your congregation in case ICE ever comes to them.

It is cared for by the Friends Center Corporation, which is a partnership of Philadelphia Yearly Meeting, American Friends Service Committee, and Central Philadelphia Friends Meeting. Together, they guide the space through a shared board and help keep it grounded in worship, service, and connection.
