Mmmmmake sure you spice up your veggies!
Sometimes when I don’t feel quite right, I sit down and look up what each vegetable is good for, and then I realize I haven’t been eating these enough lately…
What are your favorite vegetables?
Am I go to is carrot, cauliflower, broccoli, and brussels sprouts with fresh garlic, and for spices I did a mix of onion, turmeric, and chili pepper with regular salt and pepper.

I made a small batch of macaroni & cheese!!!!
First time I’ve had this dish in years!!!!
I used chickpea pasta, an aged cheddar (no younger then 3mo, but usually I go for older) & coconut milk with herbs.
Really tasty!
And I don’t eat a lot of cheese so this was a treat!
