🎉 WE'RE SCREAMING! We can't imagine a more perfect finale to our 2026 Solidarity Sing-along series than the send-off we gave it at AAAHH!!! WTF NOW?! Thank you to every single person who came out to sing with us. We are so lucky to be surrounded by an incredible community, by your presence and your warmth and your unwavering voices.

🎉 THE BEARDS are growing! We're delighted to share that Kat Wilson has come a-beard as our new Operations & Facilities Coordinator.

Kat Wilson (they/them) is a non-binary parent, artist, and storyteller born, raised, and almost always residing in Philadelphia. A “theatre kid” throughout their life, Kat graduated from DeSales University in 2013 with a focus in Musical Theatre, Acting, & Theatre Production. With a mission to always be doing work that will help others, provide resources, bring joy, and build community, Kat notably worked in artistic spaces such as the PA Shakespeare Festival, Elephant Room Productions, Yes! And… Collaborative Arts, Terror Behind the Walls at Eastern State Penitentiary, Otherworld Philadelphia, CAMP Bluey Experience, as well as varying Fringe productions and theatrical events as a freelance artist, actor, director, writer, crew member, and producer.

Kat focuses their work, both professionally and artistically on raising mental health awareness through ongoing work with Psych Philly mental health company since 2017, as well as their small art/craft business Fire Sign Flags since 2021. Recently, Kat has returned to performing on stage and volunteering with the Players Club of Swarthmore in Delaware County, PA. Everything they do is for their two small humans A & M, and many pets.

We don’t have a lot of words right now. Just great loss, and great gratitude for every moment we got to spend in Dito’s light. Losing him is like losing a sun we didn’t know we were orbiting. Like a sun, he warmed us all and left us full of his energy. Here are some of our favorite clips of our favorite drag queen, singer, troublemaker, sister, and confidant, someone who in so many ways enabled our work, our growth, and all our joy. We will never be able to fill his heels.

-First, Dito singing “The Nearness of You” in Do You Want A Cookie. Feel free to follow along with the direction he gives as you listen.

-Next, Rose and Dito singing “Lonely Boy” from Dinner With Dito. They talked about their fears of growing up lonely or ostracized for being q***r. Of course, we all know the ending now. There is no one more loved and cherished than our Dito.

-And finally, Dito and Jarbeaux singing “Somewhere Over the Rainbow” dressed as cheese (like you do).
