Holston Academy, an accredited online school startup for grades 6 to 12, first partnered with Brolik to develop a brand identity and build a custom WordPress website. Once they were ready to admit students, we teamed up again to develop a strategy for driving profitable enrollment.

After establishing full-funnel measurement and clear attribution, we standardized the lead funnel in HubSpot, reallocated paid media budget to high-intent search queries, and built a content plan aligned to the school-year cycle.

By early 2025, traffic was up 90% year over year, and our full-time enrollment search campaign produced 139 leads at 10% below target cost per acquisition. Altogether, the program has driven 250% enrollment growth.
