Our keynote speaker Melany Nelson is to speak at our awards ceremony where we will honor the recipients of "Robin's Voice Beacon of Light Community Service Award" in honor of dear friend Robin Simpson who tragically had her life cut short due to domestic violence.💜

Due to several mitigating factors, ROSEBUDS/MASTER Mentoring Program Inc has decided to cancel Friday, October 16 and Saturday, October 17 of our three day domestic violence conference, "Awareness, Action and Advocacy: Celebrating Survivors and Remembering Those Lost."

However, our Sunday, October 18, awards luncheon honoring the recipients of the Robin's Voice Beacon of Light Community Service Award will continue to take place. Tickets for the luncheon are currently still on sale until October 2nd!

Meet our recipients for this year's "Robin's Voice Beacon of Light Community Service Award". This award is to honor Robin Simpson, a passionate social worker who cared about people and her community, who sadly lost her life to domestic violence in 2023.

Through their work in the community, they help ensure countless women, men, and children do not become a statistic in an ongoing, severe issue throughout the world. They help exemplify ROSEBUDS and MASTER Mentoring Program's mission by strengthening and investing in our communities.

All three will be honored with this award on Sunday, October 18th. This is the last day and closing ceremony of our "Awareness, Action & Advocacy: Celebrating Survivors & Remembering Those Lost" conference.
