R.O.S.E.B.U.D.S. (Realizing Our Strength and Excellence By Understanding our Destined Success) is a mentoring program for girls ages 7-18.
Mentoring Program (Realizing Our Strength and Excellence By Understanding Our Destined Success) was founded in 2001 while Author, Charlotte Marshall-Murray was working at Simon Gratz High School as a teen parent counselor.
