How do you honor a legend?

You pick up where they left off.

To honor Bernie, we dedicated our first hockey inspired shirt to him in likeness and mission. Bernie was instrumental to the Ed Snider Youth Hockey & Education program so we knew exactly what to do. When the shirt dropped, we were donating 25% of proceeds to the organization. Then when the Bullies stepped up and made a huge playoff push, Citywide did the same. We doubled down and upped our donation to 50%. With the post season push, we got the total up to $600. That actually increases to $1,800 because the Ed Snider organization matches every donation 2:1.

It’s not the most money in the world, but if one more kid can get on the ice, join a team, or improve their education, we’ve succeeded. Thanks to Gini Parent who gave her blessing on the idea and everyone who helped us reach this goal by purchasing a shirt. Anyone can make a shirt, we’re gonna make a difference.
