Hudson Valley Youth Bureau Association (HVYBA) continues its Strategic Planning Process...

Members from the HVYBA gathered for a virtual roundtable discussion with consultants from Sheer Strategy to continue refining different components for a new 3-5 year Strategic Plan.

The HVYBA has been busy working in subcommittees to address ways to increase marketing and awareness of the Regional Association, prioritize and plan for professional training needs, and identify ways to be more collaborative between member Youth Bureaus events and outreach opportunities throughout the Hudson Valley Region.

Funds for this facilitated training process have been provided by the New York State Office of Children and Family Services through the Association of NYS Youth Bureaus, along with the Hudson Valley Youth Bureau Association through the The Community Foundation of Orange and Sullivan.
