A true partner in health who you can reach 24/7 and see same- or next-day. She sees fewer patients, which means more time for each one.

Dr. Cohn, Board Certified Internal Medicine physician, offers a different approach to primary care. Patients appreciate same/next-day appointments that start on time and aren't rushed; plus they can usually reach her 24/7. Her practice also offers other services, including comprehensive, advanced health screenings and diagnostic tests, that go far beyond those found in concierge medicine practices

Our former connection to Ninth Street Internal Medicine Associates has ended, and we are now known as Center City Personalized Care - a part of the MDVIP concierge practices. Our new location is in the Ben Franklin Building at 834 Chestnut Street but the easiest way to access the office is through the entrance on 9th Street between Chestnut Street and Sansom. The elevators are down the hall and the office is located on the floor marked M, suite M202. We now have 5 physicians in the practice and are welcoming new patients.
Phone number remains 215-940-9925
Our electronic record has transitioned to Epic through Penn, so portal message me at Penn 'my chart' - we hope this allows us easier access to specialist reports that are in epic.
Hope to see you there soon.

Help 75 Immigrants Achieve Financial Security | Every.org 09/04/2025

I’m so proud of my son Ben and his wife Larissa, who started a nonprofit to address the critical gap in personal finance education for America’s 45 million immigrants. They’ve helped 35 households learn to budget, save, and invest, and raised $11,000 to fund expansion since May. Immigrants are some of the most vulnerable among us, and this organization will protect them from financial harm while creating more investors in the U.S. economy.

If you have the means, please join me in donating to their fundraiser:
