Less than a week away from birthday and I’m getting hype like it’s my Bday. Next week is gonna be so fun plus it’s the official kickoff of the holiday season let’s goooooooo. Get excited! Put your christmas trees up! Im trying to make a holiday card like did last year.
Random Facts :
6 ft tall
Currently sitting at 190lbs Strong.
I exercise 6 days a week.
2 days a week I try and exercise twice.
I sleep about 6 hours a night.
I eat the exact same thing 4-5 days a week.
When I say exact I mean all year round. I don’t get bored with eating the same food.
I love sour candy.
I work from 5am-8pm.
I do not work weekends.
I barely watch TV during the week.
I love video games but don’t play at all.
I have not used machine weights in 4+ years.
I only read self help books.
I hate documentaries.
I thought squid games was extremely overrated.
I had a motorcycle accident and hit a car head first and walked away from it.
RaSean is my middle name.
I have two older brothers.
My mom birthday is the day before mine.
Im from Westbury Long Island.
I enjoy being afraid.
I have 30+ original songs on youtube. Maybe over 75 songs recorded.

I know I struggle with connecting with people. I try harder everyday. Through fitness it’s easy. Outside of that I have so much to learn.

Introducing Jeremy, soon to be known as Big Jerm. Jeremy plans on heading to the Air Force this year and wants to make sure he absolutely dominates his physical requirements of sits-ups, push-ups, and 1.5 mile run. That’s not his only goal ❌. We are working to increase his strength and muscle mass by changing his diet, and keeping him on a strict weight training regiment 🏋️♂️. So far every time we get him on a scale (weekly) the numbers have gone up ⬆️, every time he grabs a pull up bar the reps have increased⬆️, every time he sits on a bench he is able to do more reps of a heavier weight⬆️. Stayed tuned for Jeremy’s progress over the next 8 weeks.

Happy Birthday Jada I love you. 11 years old. We been rocking out since 09 in Philly. Hella roommates, different cribs, different girlfriends. I’ve owned 4 other dogs and 1 Cat since I adopted you. Somehow, we the only ones still here. You can’t even read IG and i’m talking to you like a person. Thats some best friend s**t. I love you Jada.

Sandra is in the building! A frequent runner 🏃🏼♀️ who travels constantly for work ✈️. When she is in philly we try to hit it as hard as possible with a mix of weight training 🏋🏽♀️ and H.I.I.T exercises. She loves to hike so we do tons of endurance and lower body exercises to keep her out on the trails 🥾.
