Job Title: Customer Service Specialist & Staff Liaison
Primary Responsibilities:
• Provide seamless service and a positive experience to our growing customer base
• Assist management and sales team with communicating with customers- enhance the relationship between the business and consumer
• Adeptly handle customer inquiries via telephone, email, text, and occasionally in person
• Make follow up calls regarding proposals, accounts receivable, and customer satisfaction
• Handle questions, comments, and complaints from customers and the public
• Monitor social media and notify managers of any pertinent issues
• Act as a liaison between tree crew members and management as needed
• Other clerical responsibilities, as assigned
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills are required
• Strong organizational skills are required
• Must be able to multitask and pay close attention to small details
• Exhibit the ability to prioritize tasks
• Basic computer skills are required
