The latest iteration of my sriracha honey wings. It's the same process as before: (https://youtu.be/MHD39pf9FWU)
with the following adjustments:
Marinated in a dry rub of flour, cayenne pepper and ghost pepper flakes. The sauce is a mixture of Thai Sriracha and my own Carolina reaper sauce. The wings are then glazed and drizzled with Savanna Bee Company Hot Honey which includes a mixture of scotch bonnet and habanero peppers.
Not only are these the hottest wings I've ever made, they are delicious.

I couldn't afford a new paint job for my helmet so I used vinyls instead. Not bad for an amateur. Let's see if it stays on after a few games.

My wife works from home and we haven't gone out to eat in a long time. So for lunch, I figured why not bring some fine dining to her. Power lunch!!

I almost set off the fire alarm at 2am, but it was well worth it for a late night snack. Homemade bacon cheddar venison burger with pickles, lettuce and tomato, all inside a toasted brioche bun.

Something so simple can bring such pure joy. I haven't been to Samuel's and Son in over a year. After a brief visit today, I returned with one of these long white boxes filled with seafood goodness. I didn't realize how much I've missed them until now. Thanks

Eggo waffles. Wegman's maple bacon. Jones pork sausages. Kerrygold Irish butter. Fresh Lancaster blueberries. Black raspberry jam from West Virginia. Vermont maple syrup over everything.

When you can't decide between cereal or powdered donuts for breakfast.

Everytime I get a nice box of chocolates, it takes me forever to finish them. Each day I admire how pretty and delicate they are and how much effort goes into each one. Today is not that day.

Breakfast will never be the same again.
