U.S. District Judge Timothy J. Savage for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania awarded counsel from Adler Po***ck & Sheehan and Blank Rome $95,652 in fees and costs after imposing sanctions against plaintiff and attorney Veronica Turner.
The award comes in the case "Turner v. Avco," where Turner, a solo practitioner who, according to LinkedIn, previously worked at Chamberlain Hrdlicka and Clark Hill, sued companies Avco and Textron, as well as Blank Rome and its attorneys in February 2024.
