🎓 Congratulations to LMHS alumna Dahlia Levine ’20, who helped the U.S. Women’s Eight capture bronze at the 2026 World Rowing Championships in Amsterdam! 🚣‍♀️

Making her senior U.S. National Team debut, Dahlia and Team USA surged from fifth place into medal position during the second half of the championship race, crossing the finish line in 5:53.76 to earn a spot on the podium. 🥉

The medal adds to an already impressive international résumé for the former Ace, who previously won U23 World Championship gold in 2023 and silver in 2024.

Registration is now open on Regatta Central for Hidden River Chase, our juniors only head, race on November 1 on the Schuylkill River. Open to scholastic and club teams. A laid-back and fun day for kids only!

The new Hart Perry Boathouse and Jim Dietz Training Center for Stonington High School Crew and community programs on the Mystic River in Connecticut. Made possible by state an local funding. Still under partial construction but ready to use. Such a joy to see rowing supported by the state and the community. Hear that Philly!

Congratulations and good luck to two PSRA rowers, Caitlin Cecere of Montclair High School Crew and Ava Smith of Mount Saint Joseph Academy Crew for being selected to represent the USA in the 2026 U-19 World Rowing Championships Aug 6-9 in Bulgaria. Both young women will row in the women’s eight. Go USA! Go PSRA!

REGISTER FOR THE COLLEGE FAIR AT IDR. The Independence Day Regatta College Expo will place on Friday July 24 from 3-6pm at the Independence Day Regatta. This is open to rising Juniors and Seniors. Juniors will be able to talk to Divisions II & III, Seniors will be able to talk to all three Divisions. As part of the athletes registration they will get a Google drive with one-page fact sheets about each program for their own reference. Be sure to bring a rowing resume.
