Happy 137th birthday to pizza margherita!!!!

On June 11th 1889, Neapolitan pizzaiolo Raffaele Esposito from pizzeria Brandi created the iconic pizza in honor of Queen Margherita of Savoy who was visiting Napoli on a diplomatic tour. The pizza was designed to feature the red, white, and green colors of the Italian flag using tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil.

Lasagne pizza is back! Classic Ragù alla bolognese with besciamella and parmigiano reggiano DOP. This was one of our most popular pizza additions ever! Seriously, it has a cult following. So come get one before they are gone.

Memorial Day weekend means it’s the official start of summer! Enjoy our Faccia Gialla - yellow pacchino tomatoes, basil, smoked mozzarella, squash blossoms and sheep’s milk ricotta. This pizza is dedicated to the patron saint of Napoli, San Gennaro, who’s golden bust kept in the duomo earned him the nick name “yellow face”. Buon appetito! And happy summer!!!!

Amalfi Coast summers are calling us with this pizza alla Sorrentina. Thinly sliced Sorrento lemons layered with mozzarella di bufala, basil and extra virgin olive oil, enjoy! 😉
