Thanks for the great article highlighting the delicious idea of - featuring some of the world’s best chocolate makers. Sample 3 different selections: regions, varietals, farmers, makers. From 65% to 90%, from simple/pure to inclusions like salted pineapple or Sichuan peppercorn… A worthy indulgence in every sense.

Picnic’s back! Part of our we’re starting with Grilled Asparagus in some black garlic & zhoug, Smoked Tofu Smørrebrød on house rugbrod, / Papas Huancaina in aji amarillo with peanut & olive, some BBQ Carrots over sunchoke hummus and finally Charred Chioggias with avocado & smoked ponzu.
