Thanks for the great article highlighting the delicious idea of - featuring some of the world’s best chocolate makers. Sample 3 different selections: regions, varietals, farmers, makers. From 65% to 90%, from simple/pure to inclusions like salted pineapple or Sichuan peppercorn… A worthy indulgence in every sense.
Picnic’s back! Part of our we’re starting with Grilled Asparagus in some black garlic & zhoug, Smoked Tofu Smørrebrød on house rugbrod, / Papas Huancaina in aji amarillo with peanut & olive, some BBQ Carrots over sunchoke hummus and finally Charred Chioggias with avocado & smoked ponzu.
You Can’t See Me is our beloved variation featuring chamomile-infused rye, silky chateau and salty preserved lemon. This batch garnished with blossoms from Find the recipe in or saddle up to our bar!

Campfire Carrot with BBQ black lentils, smoked carrot mustard, and carrot kraut. At Vedge, king carrots are roasted, rested, smoked, and finished on the chargrill. Snappy skin, fork-tender center, concentrated layers of sweetness and smoke.

Eggplant Braciole -thin sheets of eggplant lightly poached in olive oil and wrapped around roasted/smoked eggplant and cauliflower, baked and topped with bright spinach salsa verde, juicy piquillo pepper and touch of intense black olive bagna cauda.

Snacks Down 9th Street is of our featuring Farinata cake with perfect spring rabe and some fennel mustard, Daikon wrapped around pickled ramp with a bit of jalapeño and fresh basil, and Pulled Carrot with some zesty chiles on a mini crispy corn tortilla. And this dish is naturally !
