The goal is honesty.

Because we can’t fix what we refuse to acknowledge, and we can’t build anything better if we’ve already decided it’s hopeless.

Being good to each other matters.

But kindness is not a staffing plan.
Teamwork is not a retention strategy.
And “support each other” should never become another way to ask nurses to survive unsupported.

Be that nurse.
And still demand better for nurses.

Repeat after me:

Just because I can carry it doesn’t mean I should have to.

I am human before I am a healthcare worker.
