We’re back behind the decks this Saturday in Philly! After an absolutely smashing party last summer with the crew we are returning this Saturday, September 6 to for another awesome party to close out their summer season. Come early and stay late - we’re going to be joined by our good friend and a bunch of amazingly talented local DJs so the vibes will be flowing all afternoon and late into the night.

First time in Denver and y'all threw down! Such a fun joyful energy thru the entire night, it was really lovely to play for y'all!

We really enjoyed this set in a special way, one of those occasions where everything flows an fits together naturally. Playing parties is a two-way conversation between you and us, and this one felt just like catching up with an old friend. :)

And of course we also road tested a bunch of new tunes, locking 'em in for release soon...

Happy birthday to the one and only Samwise Pinecone 🌲🍦32 years around the sun, 8 years speaking the Local Dialect (whoa that's 1/3 of our lives...). Getting to make music with you is an honor and a blessing - have the most wonderful of days and here's to many more!

The track that's playing is one of our first tracks called Phial - Sam had written a loop with this beautiful melody and left it on the studio computer. I came down to the studio later and was like dang he hit gold, I gotta make sure this one makes it. I fleshed it out into a full arrangement, added some pads, and after we finished it together it became the seed that brought many of the first opportunities that came to Local Dialect, and one of my favorite songs that we've made together to this day.

What up NYC - got any Sunday plans 👀? We’ve just been added to the absolutely stacked .music festival lineup at and we’re pumped to be sharing the stage with legends like and .music .

We’ve got a pile of new IDs primed and ready to test so come early and stay late for an incredible day of music.

🚨 !NEW MUSIC¡ 🚨

When & reached out to us for a potential remix offer, we were already primed to say yes - but hearing that amazing vocal from sealed it! We wanted to create something that had a different feel than the original and so we went in a more progressive direction, bringing in influences from the sounds of the 2010s that brought us into electronic music. This one was a pleasure to work on and it came together quickly once we locked in that lead melody.
