With the exception of a few modifications to some of the mechanics, our Dietrich Roaster hasn’t aged a day since this photo was taken in 1998!

Many other coffee companies will come up with clever names for their blends or try to make their customers feel like they are buying some exclusive product to hide the fact that they are only giving people a taste of the good stuff while cutting their product with subpar filler coffee. There is simply no getting around the fact that the only way to make truly good coffee is to use the best beans available.

Here at Fonseca we don't need to hide where our coffee comes from; every type of coffee we sell is grown organically by well paid farmers from a single region of a single country.
