For PCMA– a 4-day conference for meeting professionals—we were proud to help produce the Opening Reception in Philadelphia. Partnering with local creatives, we brought Philadelphia Firsts to life through an immersive, story-driven design celebrating the many “firsts” born in our city!

The centerpiece? A 40’ hot air balloon inspired by Philly’s first-ever balloon flight in 1793, designed to look like it was lifting straight out of the ceiling. A whimsical, theatrical moment caught your eye as soon as you walked in. The bonus? Many of the materials were made out of recycled materials!
