ACT UP Philly will bring protest energy to the dance floor this Halloween with “Silence = Death. Party = Power.”, a costume party and fundraiser at Bar-X on Friday, October 31, from 10 PM to 2 AM.

Proceeds benefit ACT UP Philadelphia.

• 2:00 PM – Rally on the Capitol steps

LGBTQIA+ Pennsylvanians are under vicious attack from our federal government and those that enable them. This rally will demonstrate the power of our LGBTQIA+ communities and allies in support of gender-affirming care and protecting LGBTQ+ rights, including marriage equality and nondiscrimination protections.

For the first time in over a decade, LGBTQIA+ communities are uniting in Harrisburg to demand equal protections, access to care, and leadership from our elected officials.
