Before the fall semester hits and the rest of 2021 whizzes by, I’m taking a step back and recognizing how far I’ve come in the last few years. I truly thought I’d be struggling my whole life and that I’d never be a homeowner. It really was all a dream. I am so proud of myself for persevering in real estate, even through a divorce, grief, and this whole pandemic.

One of the coolest things about Philly is that there’s an endless list of things to do and see. This historic site has been on my list for a while and I loved taking a few moments to walk by the houses and imagine the lives of those who used to live there. You can visit the museum or take an audio tour for more info. It’s also a popular spot for photos and you can see why! 📸

This week I'm celebrating 3 years in real estate and I can hardly believe how much time has passed! This last year was the most challenging so far. We were thrown into an intense seller's market and it pushed me to work harder than I ever have. I am incredibly proud of myself and my clients for making it through this tough market! As a lifelong Philadelphian, I am still discovering new trails, even in places I’ve hiked before. This morning we hiked a part of the Wissahickon that was new to me and it was just the thing I needed to recharge. It’s been a minute since I laced up these boots and hit the trail but it’s always so worth it, even when you run out of water halfway through and almost get lost looking for a statue 😅
