The Freedom 5K Run needs volunteers.to help their runners navigate the 5K course through scenic Old City and Independence National Historical Park.

In return for your help, you will receive a free t-shirt, the same brunch deals as our participants and of course the feeling of good will as you help a person push themselves to be healthier!

Time: Volunteers are asked to report at 6 am, race begins at 7:30 am
