NEW WORK // 2021 // Branding, website design & development for the Programs in Digital Humanities at MIT.
The DH at MIT team needed a site that was easy to update with limited content, so we designed a typographic-forward site that could live without highly produced photo content.
Another important goal was that the site itself could be used as a learning tool for students in the lab, which is why we completely open-sourced this project on GitHub ✨

NEW WORK // 2021 // Branding, website design & development for the Programs in Digital Humanities at MIT.
While taking inspiration from the greater MIT brand system, we decided on a warmer, humanistic identity to reflect DH MIT’s unique position as a bridge between the humanities and unmatched technical expertise at MIT.
In addition to building out a typographic system and color palette, we revamped the program's old logo, which consists of the morse code for “D” and “H” in an arrangement that mirros both “DH” as well as the 1s and 0s of binary.

NEW WORK // 2021 // Branding, website design & development for the Programs in Digital Humanities at MIT. The aim of the Programs in Digital Humanities is to build an infrastructure to bridge the gap between the humanities and the unmatched technical and design expertise around MIT.
We worked with the DH MIT team to create a community-oriented brand and website that takes both the humanistic and digital sides of their identity seriously: all while placing MIT as a leader in the DH field.
