𝗕𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗲, 𝗯𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀. Over 2,000 followers and I could not be more humbled. When I made the decision to accept your nomination as Miss Malvern, I was scared and terrified of what people were going to think. But, I knew deep down in my heart it was the right thing to do. I didn’t want to share my story but I wanted to help others who are dealing with the same struggles. That there is hope and that you too can find your strength. Hope that you can succeed despite your bullies, hope that you will overcome your panic attacks. Strength that you will get through it all, the strength to be yourself and to not be afraid to outshine and out glow those who doesn’t want you to. The ability to give someone hope and strength is a responsibility I don’t take for granted.

My mission has only begun. And I will make sure that your stories: those who have suffered mentally, those who have anxiety, those who have lost ones because of su***de, and those who have lost loved ones in the hands of their stalker..:I will make sure their stories are heard.

In lieu of all the Barbie premiere posts and for throwback Thursday we are posting this picture when I felt like a real life Barbie. 🩷

𝗛𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴.

𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁, 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝘄𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗩𝗶𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿'𝘀 𝗖𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗻 -𝗝𝗼𝗲𝗹 𝗢𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗻 Ignoring all the things that my aggressor/bully did over and over again for 5 years, keeping my head held high, not retaliating, keeping my mouth shut when she wouldn’t stop,—was all a series of tests. And, even though it was hard, when I felt most alone, when the situation and panic attacks felt permanent, I continued to passed the tests. All of them. Over and over again.

A month ago today, I was crowned Miss Pennsylvania for America Strong 2023. This picture taken by Dennis Madigan captured a moment. A moment that not only reminds me of the emotions I felt that night, but this picture reminded me that I had passed a series of tests. Tests that only God, myself, and those closest to me knows I went through. Here you see a woman that is emotional about being crowned, but I see a woman who went through darkness and overcame. In the season of darkness, God was molding her, strengthening her, and preparing to take her to higher levels. God was developing her wings. Taking her to new opportunities, taking her to levels of influence, taking her to higher levels of favor and blessings. And, just like a caterpillar, where I thought my season of darkness felt permanent, my wings were being developed as I continued to be a woman of high standards and integrity regardless of my bully.

To those who have are going through something similar, I want to remind you that people do not determine your destiny. You and God do. So, continue to shine, continue to be a kind person to those who have wronged you, and be yourself. Because the bravest thing you can do is to be yourself and haters can never stop you from your destiny.

❤️🇺🇸💙 If you want to thank a soldier, BE the kind of American worth fighting for. To Remember and Honor today and everyday. I am humbled to be part of the Doylestown Parade. Humbled by the sacrifice of those who gave their lives to our wonderful nation and for our freedom.

Beauty, Grace, Intelligence, and Heart. Will our very own Miss Malvern, Rhyan take home the crown and bring it back here to Malvern??? We’ll find out tonight!!

𝐈 𝐝𝐨𝐧'𝐭 𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞 𝐚 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐥. 𝐈 𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞 𝐚 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐥. I may have forgotten to officially post on , but there is not one day that goes by where I am not grateful or not realize how lucky I am that you’re my sister. The moment mom said I was going to be a big sister—I knew right away that I had a bigger responsibility than changing your diapers. And, that responsibility is to be an example and 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹 to you.

When we were younger it was easy to make the right choices, pave the way for you, make you see things in different light, and set the values and high standards that our family is rooted on. As we grew older and our life’s purpose began to develop, and our travels have sent us to different corners of the world, me in Aberystywyth, Wales, London, and Hawaii—you went to live in Paris, Prague, South Korea, and Scotland our roles reversed. You were the one who started to teach me lessons and broaden my horizons. You became my “little-older sister”.

From your ‘Cordon Bleu’ schooling/experience in Paris, to organization and travel hacks, I never cease to stop learning from you! You have an ability to make me laugh in the worst times and scenarios without apology and I can count on you reading my mind even when we are an ocean and continent away.

It’s sad to know there are sisters out there who do not have the same relationship that you and I do, and I truly wish they did. I would travel to the other side of the world to just hangout and have quality time with you! Because you are my favorite partner in crime, my robin to my batman, and slowly but surely we are changing the world one leadership role at a time. 👭 👭 💕
