Saving Buildings > Demolishing Buildings

We can't save them all to get people living where they want to live these days. But where we can, we always will.

This project is a prime example - a church, long closed and in disrepair, at 34th & Haverford will soon be multi-family housing. It will preserve the legacy of the past while bringing a safe, usable structure to the community.

We're framing up another multi-unit in University City. Our client's friend liked the first one we did next door so much that he insisted we build a mirror image next door for him.

Here are a couple of pictures from our new development on Salmon Street in Port Richmond.
Not all new developments are the same, and this one is proof. When completed, this lot will become three new, single-family homes on a very unique flag-shaped lot. Two houses will sit behind, and one will sit in the front. We broke ground on this and are working on getting the foundation up. We can't wait to show you this one-of-a-kind space for the new homeowners once complete.
