Damon and Rob asleep in Jeff Zeigler's sponge factory studio (pre Uniform Recording between "Cats of the Wild Volume 2" sessions. Philadelphia, August 2001. A very common Swirlie sleeping arrangement from 1990-present, as any current or former band member would know.

A very kind shoutout by bud Chris Forsyth. Gimme a shout if you’re looking to make some records in 2022!

Hey just a Happy New Year recommendation here. This is engineer/producer/musician/100% best dude Jeff Zeigler. If you’re in Philly you definitely know him and there’s an excellent chance that even if you’re not in Philly, you know him. And if you’ve ever heard my music, you’ve heard him, as he’s had a hand in literally everything I’ve done in the last 12-13 years. He’s got big ears, mega chops, excellent ideas. If you’ve got a recording/mixing project coming up, I’m here to suggest his services, remote or in person for your rock, electronic, ambient, free jazz, cool jazz, death jazz, hair metal, shoe gaze, hip hop, post-punk, country funk, or other retro futurist mangling of all sorts. Hit him up! Love ya, JZ!

For the last months, Ive had the pleasure of working with Ricardo Rivera on the newest installation by Klip Collective as the music director, collaborator and sound designer/composer.

We’ve had the pleasure of working with some truly inspiring sound artists on this project such as: Dan Deacon, Mary Lattimore - Harpist, Julianna Barwick and Jeff Zeigler aka Uniform Recording- all of whom had created bespoke pieces for this show. The soundtrack CD package , designed by Anthony Smyrski Studios, is available for purchase ONLY on location at Grounds For Sculpture gift shop and available to stream on Spotify.

So…. if you are in the area, please come and visit, and enjoy some mind-melting.
