We pride ourselves on being local, immediate, and hands on; and our Board of Directors is comprised of all volunteers. We also interact directly with the kids.
Our mission is to bring smiles to the faces of children in local hospitals, hospices and shelters.Little Smiles is a volunteer driven, non-profit 501(c)3 children’s charity. “Little Smiles” is a 501c3 non-profit organization that provides toys, games, DVD’s, computers, VIP outings, celebrity meet and greets, concert, sporting event tickets, theme park tickets, fun food runs, nerf gun wars and much, much more…for children in local hospitals, hospices and shelters. We work side by side with local nurses, childlife staff, and medical personnel who determine the immediate needs for each child and family. Little Smiles views the staff who treat the children not only as our partners but as the 'angels' who know the kids, the parents and each special circumstance. We consult with them directly and therefore are able to provide what is needed most. Buying a game for a child is wonderful, but playing the game with that child is priceless!

Thanks to the Sixers Youth Foundation, we sent 100 people (kids and their families) from Visitation Homes, Mission Kids Child Advocacy Center, Ronald McDonald House Philadelphia and Wesley House to see the beloved Philadelphia 76ers play... 50 on Saturday's Blue White Scrimmage and another 50 on Monday night's preseason opener against the Knicks. On Saturday, kids were able to enjoy the Fan Fest before the game. With partners like the Sixers, Philadelphia Eagles, Philadelphia Phillies, Philadelphia Flyers and Philadelphia Union. Thank you!!! 🏀

Thanks to Predictive Analytics Group, we were able to send a group of families from Today is a Good Day to the Philadelphia Union game last month! ⚽️

What a great night at the St. Christopher's Hospital Oncology’s Got Talent Show. We provided pizza, ice cream sundaes and drinks for the kids, their families, social workers, nurses and child life specialists. Lots of talented and courageous kids on stage!
Such a great night of pizza, ice cream sundaes and dozens of performers dancing, singing, and having a great time at the annual St. Christopher's Hospital Oncology’s Got Talent Show. This one was our favorite act because of the hidden message. What was meant to be a solo dance act became so much more. Thank you to all of those who volunteered!
BINGO!!! Another fantastic Family Bingo Night in the books at Ronald McDonald House Southern New Jersey, where managed to give away over $400 in prizes from Five Below! We love bringing a reason to smiles to these kids and their families traveling from other continents to get treated at CHOP and Shriners Children’s Philly. We will see you in October.

What does a one-stop donation shop look like? A wagon packed with fresh pizza, favorite snacks, fun surprises, and enough joy to brighten the day! ❤️🍕
Little Smiles brought our Junk Food Run to the Ronald McDonald House Philadelphia Family Room at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) for a special pizza party with children and families taking a break from the hospital routine.
These moments of comfort, connection, and normalcy are possible because of our incredible volunteers, community partners, and friends who help us deliver smiles where they are needed most. Thank you to everyone who helped make this awesome visit happen, and to for continuing to lead the mission with so much heart!
