Feb 11, 2026 = 10,950 days... One day at a time.
In all things, Little by Little Becomes a Lot.
I have never regretted one day without drinking. And they certainly have not all been easy, but they have all been worth it. There is no way I would have the life I have -- this AMAZING fu***ng life -- without making that choice on February 11th, 1996. And I didn't even understand the choice I made or what came next... I just knew that my way wasn't working anymore.
I met Jim, my counselor from my second rehab, at a meeting this morning. I was beyond grateful to raise my hand and say I was celebrating 30 years of sobriety. There was another person at the meeting celebrating 9 months. And another person celebrating 32 days...
WE ALL HAVE TODAY.
Don't quit before the miracle happens.

Don't tell me where you're going.
SHOW ME. SHOW YOURSELF!
PROVE IT.
Discomfort can make for amazing growth. I know it's hard. I KNOW. And I also know all the best things about me have come from a hard place.
Lift the weight. Say the thing. Show up (or) Walk away. Quit (or) Start.
Do something.
