Something I’m being more mindful is the use of words and language. We tend to throw away our words but once we learn the value of what we speak and how it effects us, we can then learn to be more mindful and choose wisely.

I am excited can be the same as I am anxious. But we tend to tell ourselves we feel anxious when we could tell ourselves we feel excited.

This is now being proven by science to be highly effective and results are dramatically different based on simply what we tell ourselves going into a situation.
