Facially driven digital full mouth rehabilitation for patient with high smile line who presented with 5 different implant systems. Her 25 years long dental journey finally ended at PennPros.

Almost 4 years ago, I embarked upon the journey of becoming a Prosthodontist. Along the way, I have been blessed with amazing mentors, friends and patients who have inspired me, guided me and grounded me. Board certification was an additional challenge and goal that I had set for myself and I am grateful to everyone that has supported me in this extensive and humbling process. I am beyond thrilled to share that I’m a Diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics.
Everyday, I’m reminded that it is a privilege to help the patients that need us and I am excited for what the future holds!

💥 Smile makeover needs proper planning and commitment👌

The patient presented with: diastema between all anterior teeth, midline shift, severe loss of tooth structure due to wear on palatal surfaces of anterior maxillary teeth, and interferences/premature contacts in working and non-working sides with lack of anterior guidance.

Diagnostic wax-up was performed and checked intra-orally through mock-up. Teeth preps were made through the mock-up from the diagnostic wax-up to ensure minimal removal of tooth structure.

Soft tissue contouring with PMMA prototypes and relining existing provisional restoration with monitoring for 4-6 weeks, resulting in satisfaction of demanding esthetic patient with a beautiful smile. Mutually protected occlusion with canine guided occlusal scheme was achieved 🙌🏻
