We as citizens are literally paying for the tear gas, flash grenades & rubber bullets that we were being hit with during peaceful protests yesterday. $14 million budget and 2% raise for all cops about to be implemented in America's largest poor city. How about we use that $$$ to invest in oppressed POC's communities? Law & order didnt work for Nixon, Reagan, Bush or Clinton etc. Why why why are we still doing this?!

Why as citizens are WE paying for govt sanctioned racism & murder of POC in oppressed communities while our schools rot, our healthcare/infrastructure/housing systems are crumbling and our justice system is fundamentally broken?
