A berry-forward twist on a classic, this mojito is as vibrant as it is delicious.
Recipe:
■ 2 oz White Rum
■ 1 oz Lime Juice
■ 0.75 oz Simple Syrup
■ Handful of Blackberries & Mint
Method: Muddle berries, mint, and syrup. Add rum and lime. Top with soda water
and a mountain of crushed ice.

Recipe:
■ 2 oz Bourbon
■ Half a ripe Peach (muddled)
■ 0.5 oz Thyme Simple Syrup
■ Squeeze of Lemon
Method: Muddle peach and syrup, add bourbon and lemon, shake, and strain
over crushed ice. Garnish with a thyme sprig.

There are some weddings that just stay with you, and Katie and Jonathan’s day was absolutely one of them.
From the moment they saw each other, the connection between these two was so visible—it’s that rare kind of love that feels both effortless and incredibly deep. Watching them navigate the day together, it was clear that they aren't just partners, but the very heart of one another's world.
The day itself was nothing short of stunning. Every detail felt intentional, but it was the warmth and the laughter shared between them and their guests that truly made the atmosphere move. We are so incredibly thankful they chose us to help bring their vision to life; it was a true honor to be behind the scenes, helping to ensure every moment flowed perfectly so they could simply focus on one another.
