I was forced to leave my beloved country in 2023, well, after fleeing my (2) homes which are now in complete possession of gang groups in KENSCOFF and GRESSIER (where my dog was cowardly shot), but most importantly because i felt like a target after (3) gang linked individuals came to my office next to current PRIMATURE and confiscated AYITI SOUND 🇭🇹 stocks, got possession of confidential documents, and posed an immediate threat to my family…

While managing both businesses, I completed my final online courses at Universite Quisqueya and earned my award certification through American Marketing Association. I then worked as an Amazon driver and Nursing Assistant while signing marketing and advertising gigs from here and there. Despite setbacks, uncertainty, including a car breakdown and the loss of my employment authorization, these challenges strengthened my resilience, adaptability, and determination to move forward…

I am living in Brevard County and found myself in a regrettable situation after paying an auto shop repair $1000+ to fix a car since November 12th, 2024.

After paying the fee of $85 for a towing company, Edgardo demanded me to pay upfront for the labor and other costs, which I did. But our first appointment was not respected, and neither the second, the third, and ultimately, the 15th…

Everytime the shop would give me the car, it would drive only for 7-8 minutes, then going back to limp mode again (meaning it cannot go up to 25mph, which is dangerous on the highway). It took me a long time before realizing that INDIO GENERAL MECHANIC made other victims via their reviews on google and also a witness two doors from the shop. I requested that if the shop can’t fix the car, the best thing for both party would be to issue me a refund as the couple (Edgardo and his wife) have stopped answering my calls or replying my messages.

I took the decision to give them another chance to finally sign a paper certifying me that on February 10th 2024, they will whether fix the car or refund me the amount that I payed them for the job. To my surprise, they didn’t show up, and I had to contact the Deputy of Melbourne who sent an officer to the place because I couldn’t see where they took my car at as they would never contact me or answer my calls… The officer then told me that the best thing to do is to fill a small claim at the court because it’s a civil matter.

They remained closed all the week and also closed their google account because they received a lot of negative reviews for past works they haven’t done. I decided to leave my school on permission on February 18th, when I arrived at the shop, the couple was packing their stuff to leave the place. As I started to speak with the owner about my refund, he told me that he doesn’t have no money and would have it in 15 days. Knowing that Edgardo never kept his words, I insisted on asking him why he lied to me all this time and refuse to refund me my money, and managed to close his door saying he will call the police.

The police came, listened to their version, I provided them my version and proofs (receipts, messages, evidences…), but again, they told me this is a civil matter, and they gave me a trespass order that was asked to be filled by Edgardo and his wife. (Note that when I got there at their shop, they were packing everything up, like a couple that is fleeing the area because of their bad reputation)…

As a man who has (2) little girls watching him lying in front of his wife, I couldn’t believe my eyes. A complete shame for the hardworking puerto ricans.

I will amplify my actions until I get my refund and an apology for wasting my time from NOVEMBER 8th 2024 until FEBRUARY 18th, 2025, so they never play with nobody’s money again.

I am a hard working immigrant, I always respected the law and never messed with people’s hard earned coins. I will never stop exposing both of you until I get my refund.
