Healing Hope

Welcome to my new adventure healing hope. My mindset for this is to bring hope to others who suffer from all elements of mental health. I will be planning on launching my first audio recorded episode in the next few weeks.
If anyone would like to be a guest to share some stories on their own personal struggles on mental health, reach out by private message. I want to be able to keep this show as a safe place for anyone who is willing to join in and share but keep identities safe also.

Healing hope will be an audio only podcast where I want to be able to bring hope to others who suffer from mental health issues. We live in a world where mental health is not a topic that is discussed publicly on any social media platforms and I want to be that voice who can shed light that is is okay to not be okay sometimes.
I’m a person who suffered from mental health on a daily basis, depression. Anxiety, fear of never being good enough, and ptsd from bad past relationships. I am here to not only tell my story but allow others to have a safe place to be themselves to share the story and to not be in fear of what others think and see.
I am not a professional at counseling but i have great experiences in listening to others share stories to shed some hope and heal others.
