It's back to school season, so this month we're spotlighting one of our Supermoms, Associate Director of Client Strategy, Kalie Cedré. Kalie is, in a word, a strategy wiz, thinking beyond what we're doing for our clients, but how, why, and what's next. She's constantly thinking about how to deliver the best possible outcomes, and dives deeper than the surface-level ask to make sure every recommendation is thoughtful, purposeful, and built for what's ahead. But great strategy is only part of the picture.

Kalie is a team player through and through, making sure everyone around her has what they need to thrive. Her ability to support and manage her team while keeping client success front and center is a true reflection of her leadership.

When she's not DMi'ing, Kalie is spending time with her husband and three kids, who have been known to make the occasional Zoom cameo while Mom handles business. She and her husband also love cooking together, and whether they're making Italian or Puerto Rican dishes, food is one of the ways she makes sure her family stays connected to and celebrates their cultures while, we can only assume, keeping everyone very well fed! Thanks for everything you do, Kalie! We're lucky to have your strategy, your leadership, and your impeccably placed mom jokes.

This August, we're excited to spotlight a member of our Business Development Team, New Business Strategist, Jamie Wolf. Joining DMi in 2024, Jamie brought her previous sales experience to immediately add value to our team’s efforts.

As a New Business Strategist with a focus on the health & wellness, home, and parenting industries, Jamie drives growth for our media services new business pipeline generating opportunities with brands interested exploring DMi services like Influencer, TikTok Shop, and Affiliate Marketing.

Originally from Pittsburgh, Jamie currently resides in downtown Philadelphia, a short walk from our headquarters. Outside of work Jamie is an established Philly lifestyle vlogger (no big deal!), and creates awesome content for her followers across TikTok and Instagram. On an off day, you can find Jamie hanging out with friends, taking advantage of Philadelphia’s restaurant scene, golfing, or even catching up on video editing.
