Philip Hartman's noir-ish indie NO PICNIC is wild ride through a pre-gentrification East Village gorgeously shot in black & white by avant-garde filmmaker Peter Hutton. Hartman will join us for a post-screening conversation so don't sleep on this one!

Ralph Arlyck's breakout short film SEAN introduced us to his four-year-old neighbor in the center of the Haight-Ashbury hippie scene. Decades later Arlyck reunited with Sean in his mesmerizing feature film FOLLOWING SEAN. Arlyck's latest film, I LIKE IT HERE, expands his curious eye to a whole cast of friends and neighbors as they contemplate life's final chapter and celebrate the pleasures of being alive.
