The Ministry of Dr. David S. Apple
ACTS is an outreach of approximately 300 volunteer staff to homeless persons, people with AIDS, at-risk children, single parents, separated and divorced, nursing home residents, incarcerated persons and people with special needs--people who ordinarily aren't welcomed in our churches. ACTS seeks to make Tenth Church a safe place for these neighbors of ours to come in, learn about salvation in Christ, worship him, and receive his great love.

Tenth Presbyterian Church, Philadelphia, is the site of 2 identical Deacon and Mercy Workshops--Saturdays, October 3 and 17 or Saturdays, December 5 and 19, from 9:00-12:30. These workshops are good for deacons and deaconesses, diaconal nominees, church members, seminary students, and other men and women wanting to sharpen their skills.
