I get a little excited about the smallest things at one of our investment properties but can you blame me?

Spent the last two days at the Compass Luxury Summit in New Hope learning, collaborating, and sharpening my craft alongside some incredible agents from around the country.

No matter how long you’ve been in this business, there’s always room to grow. Excited to bring some fresh ideas and strategies back to Philadelphia.

So proud of our great friend and all he is doing for Sotheby’s and the real estate world as a whole.

Thank goodness we are moving along selling condos. My investor clients owned multi family buildings for several years and we have now figured out that they will generate more income by dividing them and declaring them condominiums versus selling as a whole building with today’s interest rate environment.

Chestnut hill and wyndmoor have luxury and more affordable options for those seeking grass who don’t want to be too far from the city.

Rainy days are the best days for house tours.

Your children will thank you for your timeless renovation on your home. This is an extremely tastefully renovated home that is now an estate sale and because of the timeless finishes in the home, the children have to do nothing and we sold it very quickly. square
