- prepped exiting floor with

- installed clay Zia tile and sealed once prior to install and once prior to grouting

- used Mapei CQ grout for uniform grout installation

Turned around a small project quickly.

- used waterproof “Go Board” on the walls and sealed up the screw holes and seams to keep moisture inside the shower

- used grout matching silicone in the cornerand along the shower base

- installed cement board over the existing subfloordr

5 days from demo to handing back to my client just in time for Thanksgiving…
