Crafted by our sister distillery in Evanston, Illinois, FEW Bourbon brings together Southern tradition with the bold spice of northern rye and a touch of malt for balance and smoothness. Distilled grain-to-glass through a small-batch process and aged in charred oak barrels, it’s a whiskey that respects tradition without being bound by it.

Not all absinthe cocktails demand a seasoned palate.

Momisette, French for “Little Mummy", is a classic built around the louche effect, the signature clouding that appears when absinthe meets water. Here, that soft, milky texture is deepened with almond orgeat, bringing warmth and subtle sweetness to the glass.

Made with Vieux Carré Absinthe, lemon, orange blossom water, orgeat, and club soda, the Momisette is bright, aromatic, and unexpectedly approachable. It's an introduction to absinthe that drinks smooth, balanced, and endlessly refreshing.
