Panel OKs Northwest power plan focused on energy efficiency A regional council Wednesday approved a new power plan for four Northwest states that will place a big emphasis on energy efficiency to meet new electrical demand.
Rooftop HVAC units may be energy efficient on paper, but often when these units experience issues like fouling of the air intake or low refrigerant levels, it could take weeks or months before anyone even notices.
