New Fridge/Freezer Acquired thanks to Philly Free School!

Works like a charm, well lit with SHELVES!!!

The doors are a little sticky so please make sure they're all the way closed after loading or unloading!

Hey all, the fridge is out. Freezer and pantry are fine. Cashapp is $AbsurdiaFridge to donate to a new fridge.

About to drop a bunch of food from an event. Chicken wings, Mac and cheese, cut up veggies, plantains, etc.

UPDATE: everything I dropped this morning is gone BUT, I just dropped a half gallon carton of OJ, a bag of grapes, and a box of fritolay individual bags of snacks, pop tarts and tastycakes. ALSO, someone dropped some heat and serve meals in the fridge and there are a TON of GORGEOUS soft fresh loaves of bread in the pantry (pantry pic in comments: as of 4:50p).

Absurdia Community Fridge update! A lovely woman arrived at the same time as me today. She works at a school and saved a lot of items from being thrown out. Milk, hummus, raisins, apple sauce and carrots. There are also 5 gorgeous fresh loaves of bread from someone else. The pantry and freezer are empty.
Looking for some help for the following:
- is anyone available available to clean the fridge, pantry & freezer every other week? I just bring a container of wipes and a roll of paper towel. Then organize the items and throw out anything that’s gone bad. I’m unavailable every week at this time
- is anyone available to go to one of the SHARE community pantries once a week? Hanif Peters-Davis has a SHARE card for whoever goes. Best suited for a person who needs food for themselves. They give sooo much that you can keep what you need and bring the rest to Absurdia. Must have a car.

Absurdia Community Fridge is cleaned and STOCKED. Thanks to the Share food pantry program we were able to get a lot of food this afternoon. The freezer, fridge and pantry are stocked. If you are in need of food and don’t have the funds, please stop by!
