📣 As CSA season comes to a close, we’ve decided to take a pause to figure out what’s next for the bakery. This week will be the last week of sales (for now!) Rosemary Olive Oil and the Signature Sourdough are both on the menu. Thanks to everyone who supported the business over the past two years!! 💚

I was lucky to attend the Mid-Atlantic Grain Conference today, including a whole grain, wood-fired, naturally leavened bread class taught by and .bread - truly skilled bakers and wonderful teachers! It was inspiring to meet other microbakery owners from throughout the region who are overcoming obstacles and limited resources to serve great bread to their communities. Thank you to for organizing and supporting the local grain movement!

The “pumpkin” comes from organic butternut squash from that is roasted and folded into the dough, alongside scalded cornmeal and a touch of honey. This specialty sourdough was the customer favorite in 2022 and the top-voted flavor for 2023! It’s made with fresh rosemary, extra virgin olive oil, and 10% whole spelt.
Available only June 29 and July 13, 20, and 27.
Orders close on Tuesdays each week!

✨Seeded Sourdough: our first specialty loaf of the season! This bread includes a mix of sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, and flaxseed which add a bit of texture and flavor. This bread is great with either sweet or savory toppings. Available June 1, 8, 15, and 22 only via link in bio.
