Here is a simple chicken stew recipe.

Ingredients:

1/2 an onion, sliced
3/4 of green bell pepper, sliced
3 cloves of garlic, minced
3 leg quarters cut in half, have the thighs cut in half if leg quarters are large

Seasoning:

Tumeric
Salt
Paprika
Curry
1 chicken bullion cube
2 tsp roast chicken base, diluted in 2 cups hot water, and mix in 1 tsp corn starch

Chicken Wings with Lemon, garlic & herb sauce.

Okay who said recipe development is easy? Because it’s not. I want to work in a “taste” kitchen at this point.

So my idea was to have naked wings with a lemon, garlic & herb sauce. Now tell me why these wings were good but not perfect? lol.

My husband loved them but I didn’t. They didn’t give me what I was looking for 😂.
