A slightly deeper post than usual.
20 years ago when I started this little dog walking business I was so young and really didn't know much about myself or running a business. This picture depicts so many relatable feelings for me. Starting this business in my twenties forced me into my natural leadership skills. It was scary and I learned a lot of lessons and those lessons gave me so much confidence and self-awareness but I had to push through the fear to get there. Watching fearful dogs transform under my care or seeing myself solve a very complicated problem showed me how much strength I have and how resilient I can be. I'm so grateful for the last 20 years of this business.
