The McNamee Scholars program is open to middle school students who attend St. Malachy School, Hope Partnership for Education, St.Dominic's School, Holy Cross School, St. Francis De Sales, Incarnation School, and La Salle Academy.
The program offers low-income middle schoolers the chance to attend tuition based high schools in Philadelphia, by providing a $2,500 annual scholarship per year, and a qualified mentor to guide them through their academic journey and beyond.
In this and succeeding years, we plan to select a minimum of three McNamee Scholars each year.
This year we also plan to extend the mentoring and tuition support into one of the students’ college years with increased funding for tuition.
This scholarship is open to present McNamee Scholars and is for up to $10,000 for each of the four year of college (depending on the student's financial obligation)
Applications will be reviewed in March!
